Refund Policy
Final Purchase Digital Products
At Kunfupay, all products offered are digital content. Immediate access after purchase is equivalent to consumption. Therefore, products are considered final purchases and are non-refundable.
I. Final Purchase Digital Products
Final purchase products are those considered non-refundable due to their digital nature. At Kunfupay, all products marketed through the platform are digital content: courses, subscriptions, community access, ebooks, memberships and any other product or service delivered in electronic format.
Immediate access to the product after completing the purchase is equivalent to consumption. Consequently, once payment has been made and access to the content has been delivered, the transaction is considered finalised and the product is non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of whether the user has partially or fully consumed the acquired content, given that the digital nature of the product prevents its return in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
II. Exceptions for Replacement or Refund
Notwithstanding the above, the user shall have the right to request a full refund of the amount paid or replacement with a product of similar characteristics in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- Inability to access the digital product due to a technical error attributable to Kunfupay or the creator's platform.
- The digital product is not delivered to the user in a timely manner after payment confirmation.
- The digital product is manifestly defective, incomplete or substantially different from what is described on the sales page.
In any of these cases, the user shall have a period of 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to file their claim. Once this period has elapsed without the user having reported the issue, the product shall be deemed to have been correctly delivered and received.
Kunfupay shall evaluate each request individually and reserves the right to request additional information or evidence from the user to substantiate the alleged issue before proceeding with the refund or replacement.
III. Complaint Procedure
To submit a refund or replacement request, the user must contact Kunfupay through the following channels, indicating: the product purchased, the date of purchase, the email used in the transaction, and a detailed description of the issue.
Kunfupay undertakes to respond to all complaints within a maximum period of 5 business days from receipt of the request.
